The Web site is best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or above.

Screen Resolution

The Web site should be viewed using 1024 x 768 resolution.

CSS Stylesheets

This site uses CSS stylesheets. Please make sure that style sheets are enabled (Under Preferences, Advanced for Netscape users).

Javascript

If you are using Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above for Mac or PC, make sure javascript is enabled. If not, go to the menu item "Options", then select "Network Preferences...". In this window, select "Languages" and then check "Enable Javascript."
